Job Title: Cardiac Catheterization Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Catheterization Technologist to join our team at Supplemental Health Care. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Cardiac Catheterization Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. This includes preparing patients for procedures, operating imaging equipment, and collaborating with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatments.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and obtaining informed consent
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatments
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes
Requirements:
  • ARRT certification
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
