As a Financial Accounts Specialist, your primary role will involve the precise management of customer account payments, ensuring accuracy in deposit verification and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer payments within our database, including processing various payment methods such as mail, checks, ACH transactions, and NSF items.
  • Engage with customers in a professional manner to address inquiries regarding their accounts.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to complete daily tasks and special projects efficiently.
  • Handle refund requests with precision and care.
  • Review and manage account statements diligently.
  • Assist in processing accounts payable as needed.
