You will be responsible for acting as the key point of contact for order tracking, coordinating with the Supply Chain Team and customers to ensure seamless communication and transparency.

  • Managing customer order processing and billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Overseeing the execution of orders from shipment to delivery, keeping all internal and external stakeholders updated on progress.

You will have a deep understanding of international trade principles, including Incoterms and free trade agreements, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office. You will also have excellent administration, analytical, and organizational skills, with close attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
  • In-depth understanding of international trade principles, including Incoterms and free trade agreements.
  • Fluency in English & Spanish (essential).
