About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in the Bay Area. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for providing CM Services for a regional client in the Community College Market Sector in California under DSA regulatory oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide PM/CM Consultant Services as an Owner's Representative over a higher education market sector project
  • Ensure operations are executed in accordance with company project management procedures and policies
  • Manage the procurement phase and development of RFQs and RFPs
  • Oversight of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure relation and compliance to project requirements
  • Coordinate, direct, and monitor activities of contractors/subcontractors, engineers, architects, and related performing entities
  • Manage project controls, cost, schedule, performance activities, and procedures required by the client
  • Identify and manage risk on the project, and advises and confers with regional executive prior to implementing risk mitigation actions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline is preferred
  • 10 or more years of experience working as a Project Manager in the Construction industry is required
  • Experience in the Education/Division of the State Architect (DSA) market is required
  • Experience with an Integrated Project Delivery method of Design-build is strongly preferred
