Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled LPN to provide professional nursing care to office patients in non-complex situations under the supervision of a Physician and Clinical Practice Manager or Clinical Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct patient care within the scope of licensure and in accordance with SMG policy.
  • Assume accountability for the quality of care delivered, including maintaining standard precautions.
  • Prioritize patient care by implementing physician orders and nursing procedures.
  • Document patient information accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  • Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • New Jersey State Nursing License and BLS certification required.
  • 0-1 years experience; 2-4 years experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
