Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled LPN to provide professional nursing care to office patients in non-complex situations under the supervision of a Physician and Clinical Practice Manager or Clinical Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver direct patient care within the scope of licensure and in accordance with SMG policy.
- Assume accountability for the quality of care delivered, including maintaining standard precautions.
- Prioritize patient care by implementing physician orders and nursing procedures.
- Document patient information accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- New Jersey State Nursing License and BLS certification required.
- 0-1 years experience; 2-4 years experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
