About the Role

Aircraft Technician at Procter & Gamble is a critical member of the Global Flight Operations team, responsible for performing a wide range of technical, administrative, and support duties to ensure the optimal delivery of the company's mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on company-operated aircraft, including avionics and electrical systems.
  • Respond to reported defects, troubleshoot issues, and conduct pre and post-flight inspections.
  • Operate independently in the execution of all work, adhering to FAA and company policies, and ensuring 100% compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Lead or participate in special projects to enhance individual capability and improve departmental operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience with Gulfstream, Challenger, or equivalent category business jets.
  • FAA Certified Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
  • Experience with Federal Aviation Regulations, scheduled/unscheduled aircraft maintenance, aircraft inspection/troubleshooting, repair of company-operated aircraft, and preflight and post-flight inspections.
  • Minimum 5 years of Turbine Powered aircraft maintenance experience.
  • High School diploma or GED or equivalent education.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a valid US Passport.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work a rotating shift, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proof of COVID vaccine (required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Gulfstream G650; Challenger 350 experience.
  • Avionics experience troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
  • Aero IT certification.
  • NCCAT Aircraft Electronics Technician (AET) certification.
  • Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Inspectors Authorization (IA).
  • Certified Aviation Manager (CAM).
