We are seeking a highly skilled Essbase Consultant to join our Finance technology team at ApTask. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients in the areas of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with finance and IT business partners to ensure smooth month-end close and forecast/outlook cycles.
- Develop and implement Essbase and Hyperion Planning solutions, including batch scripting and integration.
- Provide support and technical assistance to end users of Workspace and Smart view for Planning and Essbase/Reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle integration with source systems.
- Manage and support month-end financial system processing.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, consolidation, and reporting.
- Strong technical expertise in developing artifacts, including member formulas, calculation scripts, forms, rules, report scripts, variables, MDX queries, and MaxL scripts.
- Experience with financial processes such as planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial consolidation.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
