Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a Modern Luxury customer experience
  • Develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date on current collections, cascading information to the team
  • Achieve sales goals through strategic sales approaches, clienteling, and building long-term relationships with customers
  • Support a collaborative environment, working with peers, customers, and supervisors to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment, with knowledge of fashion trends and competition
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, with moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
