About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral healthcare services to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients of all ages, including adults and children
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California
  • Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
