About the JobThis is a travel nurse position in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Step Down Unit and be able to provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a Step Down Unit setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A current RN license in the state of Texas
- At least 1 year of experience working in a Step Down Unit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
