We are seeking an experienced IBM BAW Developer to join our team at BankTalent HQ. As a key member of our Enterprise Technology and Operations (ETO) team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).

About the Role:

As an IBM BAW Developer, you will be responsible for participating in all phases of the software development cycle, from inception to post-production support, following agile methodology. You will also develop core system/integration components using J2EE, JMS, XML, web services, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Lifecycle Development: Participate in all phases of the software development cycle, from inception to post-production support, following agile methodology.
  • Core Development: Develop core system/integration components using J2EE, JMS, XML, web services, and more.
  • Strategic Analysis: Analyze BAW solution requirements and align designs with our strategic goals and architecture.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Present process concepts and collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences to drive solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify challenges and issues in current solutions, and develop plans to address them.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need 4+ years of experience with IBM BPM/BAW, including responsive coaches, app migrations, and creating frameworks and utilities. You should also have proficiency in Web Services (REST and SOAP), J2EE, JMS, XML, and more. Excellent organizational and analytical skills are essential, as well as creative problem-solving abilities to navigate roadblocks.

Location:

This position has a hybrid work-from-home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at our new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
