Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze cardiac rhythms and other vital signs to identify potential issues
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Active NJ/Compact State Registered Nurse License
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Telemetry nursing
- AHA BLS & ACLS certification
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
