Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably in a serving or bartending role.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, with a flexible schedule.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • A dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A general knowledge and enthusiasm for craft distilling and spirits.
  • One year of experience in a bartending role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
  • Willingness to work at heights.
  • Ability to navigate wet surfaces.
  • Exposure to loud noises, fumes, and/or hazardous materials.
  • Proximity to moving mechanical parts and lift truck traffic.
  • Capability to lift up to 55 lbs.
