Dietary Assistant

Job Summary

William Penn Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and nutrition support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily food preparation and cleaning as directed.
• Prepare and serve meals, coffee, beverages, and special food items in a timely manner during meal times.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for our residents by preparing the dining room for the next meal.
• Keep accurate records for each resident you work with and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing department immediately.

Requirements

• Previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
