Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Histology Technician to join our Anatomic Pathology department. The successful candidate will work in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment, supporting our clients' toxicology, safety pharmacology, and inhalation research programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tissue embedding, staining, microtomy, and quality control of tissues
  • Immunohistochemistry and special stains as needed
  • Tissue trimming for microscopic examination and data recording
  • Routine operation of various histology laboratory equipment
  • Conducting standard and non-standard tasks under the guidance of more experienced staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in biology, animal science, or a related life science
  • Equivalent laboratory experience of at least 2 years
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Medical fitness to perform duties in a laboratory environment
