We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our bakery team as a Baker. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads and pastries for our customers.

**Responsibilities**

• Prepare and bake breads and pastries according to company recipes and standards
• Ensure high-quality products are produced and presented to customers
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines and maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

**Requirements**

• Must be 16 years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
