Sales Director

Buddys Home Furnishing is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth.

• Acquire and maintain customers through effective sales strategies and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes.
• Prepare and review store reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory and cash assets to ensure optimal store performance.
• Implement sales and marketing programs to drive revenue growth.
• Reconcile daily transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

• Two years' experience in retail or sales management.
• Effective organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in POS systems and able to learn new technology quickly.
• Regular and consistent attendance, including nights and weekends as business dictates.

• Ability to lift, load, move, and use a dolly for merchandise 50-300lbs.
• Stooping, bending, pulling, climbing, reaching, and grabbing as required.
• Ability to traverse multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliances, and electronics.
• Prolonged driving and standing.
