Job Title: Assembly Technician

About the Role:

AG Growth International is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our production team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for manufacturing a variety of agricultural equipment components following job order specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled and/or must be able to read and understand a work order, blueprint and tape measure and tailor assembly accordingly to varying specifications.
  • Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners, using hand tools and portable power tools.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work consistently in a safe and efficient manner with a variety of products and various components.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team orientated, flexible attitude and a willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
