Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Leader to join our team at Mt. Orab Dunkin/ Baskin Robbins. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure they are meeting operational expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll processing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • Availability to work at least 2 shifts on the weekend (Friday-Sunday).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
