  • Forecast and manage inventory levels to meet the requirements of various departments
  • Supervise and train a team of parts department staff to ensure efficient inventory management
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and monitor stock orders
  • Develop and implement pricing guidelines for customer categories
  • Ensure all parts are properly tagged and organized
  • Work closely with the service manager and service & parts director to ensure seamless inventory management
  • Provide technical assistance and support to production workers as needed
  • Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and regulations

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in parts management or a related field
  • Technical knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Proven management experience and skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in inventory management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and reporting
