Job Summary

As a Banquet Server at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for the setup and service of all assigned banquet functions. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
  • Comply with certification requirements as applicable for position.
  • Perform preparatory tasks and side work duties to ensure prompt and efficient service.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
  • Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
