Hutco, Inc. is seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter to join our team in Tampa, FL.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Pipe Fitter to work on various projects in the shipyard. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipe fabrication and installation, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and sketches to understand project requirements.
  • Manipulate and transport loads of up to 50 pounds over distances of up to 200 feet.
  • Operate various machines and tools to perform pipe fabrication and installation tasks.
  • Work at heights of up to 30 feet and traverse gangways and scaffolding.
  • Meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in pipe fabrication and installation.
  • Ability to comprehend blueprints and sketches.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
