Responsibilities:
  • Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and managing patient symptoms.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions across the care continuum.
  • Advocate for patients and families, promoting their autonomy, dignity, and rights.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with evidence-based practices and research in oncology nursing.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
