About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to join our team. As an Oncology RN, you will provide professional, comprehensive nursing care to patients with cancer and their families. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and managing patient symptoms.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions across the care continuum.
- Advocate for patients and families, promoting their autonomy, dignity, and rights.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with evidence-based practices and research in oncology nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
