Electrical Project Director Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor project managers, assistant project managers, and other team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Business Development: Proactively develop new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers to drive growth and revenue.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial aspects of contracts, including progress billing, rental equipment, income, and expenses, to protect the company's interests and maintain good relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction, with knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or other related discipline preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, business acumen, integrity, ability to creatively solve problems, think outside the box, and lead teams in driving innovative construction techniques and prefabrication strategies.

Salary Range

$143,600.00-$215,400.00 Annual

The pay range for this role is based on the expected compensation for candidates meeting the specified qualifications and requirements. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
