Retail Store Associate

We are seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our team at Family Dollar. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

This is a full-time opportunity that involves working as part of a dynamic retail team. You will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and offering assistance with merchandise selection.
• Processing cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring a clean and organized store environment by maintaining inventory levels, replenishing stock, and performing visual merchandising tasks.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
