The Spa Concierge is a pivotal role in the Spa operation, responsible for ensuring a high-quality guest experience. As the first and last point of contact, this position requires a consistently positive attitude and knowledge of all facets of the operation.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, creating a sensory journey to help them relax and regain balance in their lives.
- Appointment Management: Book and confirm appointments, greet guests, provide tours, and check in and check out guests.
- Sales and Upselling: Upsell, cross-sell, and pre-sell services and products, effectively communicating benefits to guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Spa Manager to communicate goals, policies, and procedures, and ensure all guest challenges are resolved in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure retail display shelves are dust-free.
- Cash Handling: Assist with opening, closing, and cash handling procedures, and maintain an accurate shift log.
- Additional Duties: Assist team and managers with miscellaneous duties, set up and break down beverage bars, and assist with locker room maintenance.
- Guest Service Skills: Excellent guest service skills, with a focus on ensuring a quality guest experience.
- Schedule Flexibility: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous Experience: Previous resort/hotel/spa front desk experience preferred.
- Computer and Telephone Skills: Computer and telephone skills required.
