The Retail Stock Associate is responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment. This role involves receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise, as well as cleaning and maintaining the store's physical space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Handling: Receive and stock merchandise in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all products are properly labeled and facing.
  • Inventory Management: Rotate stock to ensure that older items are sold before newer ones, and that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Store Maintenance: Clean and maintain the store's physical space, including the stockroom, sales floor, and restrooms.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, and responding to their needs in a timely and efficient way.
Requirements
  • Age: 21 years of age or older
  • Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Physical Demands: Ability to bend, stand, and walk for extended periods of time, as well as climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals and other hazardous materials
