About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at The Mather, a luxury on-site health center within our Life Plan Community. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents in a skilled nursing and memory support environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist with maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring resident comfort and well-being.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in gerontology and nursing practices.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Illinois.
- Ability to work every other weekend and some holidays.
- Flexibility to pick days for the 3:00 pm-11:00 pm shift.
