Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect at CPL Architects Engineers Landscape Arch & Sur, you will be responsible for leading architectural design teams and managing complex projects across various market sectors. With a strong background in architecture and experience in project management, you will apply advanced concepts and designs to drive innovative solutions.

You will investigate, evaluate, and recommend technical design solutions that meet and exceed client needs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on novel assignments, develop new techniques and procedures, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

• Earned a professional degree in Architecture and have at least four (4) years of related work experience - or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Professional licensure is required, with LEED and WELL accreditation being a plus but not necessary
• Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other 3D visualization tools
• Comprehension of governing codes, standards, and project planning processes
• Ability to collaborate and work independently as part of a project team, often on multiple projects concurrently
• Strong interpersonal skills, utilizing phone, email correspondence, and in-person communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Foundational knowledge of construction methods/materials and sustainable design strategies
