SSM Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical Unit team. As a Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and Plan: Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying needs and developing individualized care plans to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Implement and Evaluate: Implement care plans, providing direct patient care, and evaluating patient outcomes to ensure quality and safety.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Lead and Educate: Mentor and educate nursing colleagues, students, and other healthcare professionals to promote best practices and professional growth.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Experience: No experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
