Purina Animal Nutrition - Manufacturing Management Track Associate

This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about animal nutrition and want to develop their skills in manufacturing management. As a Manufacturing Management Track Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall activities of a feed plant, ensuring quality products and services are provided to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in leading the overall activities of the feed plant
  • Learn all plant processes, including regulatory compliance programs
  • Develop skills in manufacturing management, including production supervision, quality program management, and maintenance supervision
  • Participate in training programs to become a successful people leader
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in feed science, animal science, ag systems/technology management, industrial engineering, ag business, supply chain operations, agriculture, or related fields of study
  • Demonstrated leadership in school/academic/industry-related clubs
  • Willingness to relocate for the program and then upon program completion
  • Participated in the Land O'Lakes Summer Internship Program
