Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and install production and processing equipment at our 24/7 manufacturing facility in North East, PA.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair production and processing equipment, utilities, refrigeration, and facilities.
  • Install, repair, and maintain piping components, motors, pumps, control panels, pneumatic systems, and controls.
  • Continuously improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with production and processing teams to maximize machine uptime.
Requirements
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication, including written and verbal forms of collaboration.
  • Proactive in finding root cause and fixing issues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/processing environment.
  • Multi-craft skillset including electrical, PLC, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, and mechanical systems.
