About the Role

We are seeking experienced LPN/RNs to join our team as Skilled Nursing Care Specialists in Red Lion, PA. As a Skilled Nursing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and other medical treatments as prescribed by physicians;">
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs to develop personalized care plans;">
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions;">
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client care, including progress notes and medication administration records;">
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Skilled Nursing Care Specialist, you must have:

  • A valid LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania;">
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations;">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills;">
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.">

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay rates, ranging from $40-$45 per hour for LPNs and $45-$50 per hour for RNs, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, and paid time off.
