We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Henrico Health & Rehabilitation Center in Highland Springs. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide direct patient care in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Provide general nursing care to patients, including writing weekly/monthly summaries of patients' status and addressing problems identified in the patient care plan.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • One (1) year of previous nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
