Job Title: Waiter/Waitress (Full Time and Part Time)

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Flik Hospitality Group. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room and take food and beverage orders in an efficient manner.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills and demonstrate ability to get along well with others.
  • Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
  • Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
  • Maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information that is shared.
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
