Job Summary

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for processing tags and titles for our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process tag work accurately and within deadlines
  • Reconcile tag and title schedules to ensure seamless operations
  • Communicate effectively with the Accounting Manager to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and address any discrepancies in the tag and title process
  • Previous experience in automotive title processing is highly preferred
  • Active Notary Public certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of automotive accounting or experience with Reynolds systems is an asset
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
