Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Education Assistant to support our preschool program. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 6 PM. In this role, you will collaborate with the lead teacher to facilitate classroom activities and enhance the learning experience for our students. Your mission is to foster an inclusive and engaging educational atmosphere while equipping children with the necessary skills to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students and facilitate small group learning.
  • Oversee student behavior in the classroom and during outdoor activities.
  • Implement and uphold classroom policies and procedures.
  • Keep precise and current records of student progress.
  • Engage in communication with parents and educational staff as directed by the lead teacher.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in an educational support role is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with child development concepts and effective classroom management techniques.
  • Awareness of health, safety, and hygiene standards in educational settings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
