Job Title: Senior Foodservice Trainer

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

The Senior Foodservice Trainer is responsible for working closely with Category Managers to implement and maintain foodservice programs at sites. This role involves extensive interaction with the Operations Team to provide support for operational excellence and various projects.

  • Develop training materials for foodservice programs
  • Analyze data to guide store visit scheduling
  • Launch new foodservice programs including setup, training, and support for first week sales
  • Train the Operations Team on record keeping, inventory management, safe food handling practices, customer service, equipment use, and care of equipment
  • Visit sites daily to ensure foodservice programs are well executed
  • Provide feedback to Category Managers on program improvement
  • Complete detailed site visit reports summarizing foodservice conditions
