Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurses' Aide to join our team at the Champion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Living Assistance: Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning, and ambulating residents, as well as providing fluids and nourishment throughout scheduled shifts.
  • Personal Hygiene: Help residents maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Health Monitoring: Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse.
  • Documentation: Document resident food and fluid intake.
  • Nutritional Support: Assist residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
  • Maintenance of Resident Environment: Maintain residents' beds and living areas clean and tidy.
  • Transportation: Transport residents within the facility.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
  • Professional Standards: Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all residents and facility data.
Requirements
  • CNA Certification: Current certification as a Certified Nurses' Aide is required.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience as a CNA (preferred).
