The Residential Cleaning Specialist is responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our properties. This role involves a variety of cleaning tasks across common areas, leasing offices, and resident units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of apartments post-move-out to prepare them for new residents.
- Maintain cleanliness in the leasing office, clubhouse, amenities, and restrooms on a daily basis.
- Ensure timely turnover of all vacant apartments as directed by management.
- Oversee the care, maintenance, and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Foster a courteous and professional relationship with residents and vendors.
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
- Follow all safety procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and safety labels on equipment.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and consistently represent the company positively.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, preferably in a residential setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability to climb stairs and ladders as necessary.
