We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Analyst to join our Sales Strategy team at Atlassian. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving sales performance through data-driven insights and strategic analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Solution Overlay Sales team by providing data-driven insights and strategic analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze sales metrics and develop reporting requirements for BI dashboards to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
  • Monitor sales performance efficiency and develop recommendations for improvement plans to optimize sales strategies.
  • Participate in change management and go-to-market projects to identify root causes and execute related projects to improve team performance.
  • Support fiscal year planning, target and OKR setting, and ad-hoc analytics to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics role within a B2B (ideally SaaS) company or in a strategy consulting environment.
  • Strong desire to execute, drive impact, and demonstrate urgency with projects big and small.
  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-changing environment and with multiple teams relying on you.
  • Owner mentality: take pride in your work and view what you do as a part-owner and builder of Atlassian.
  • Ninja-like analytics and Excel skills: know what questions to ask, what the data says, and what actions to take based upon the results.
  • Deft ability to communicate data into relevant insight: create compelling presentations and lead executives through data deep-dives.
  • Process improvement knowhow: continuous improvement is in your DNA.
What We Offer

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

  • Zone A: $153,100 - $204,100
  • Zone B: $137,800 - $183,700
  • Zone C: $127,100 - $169,400
