Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
  • Eagerness and ability to become a Practice Builder
  • Current state licensure and DEA licensure
  • State Controlled Substance Licensure, if required by State Law
  • Experience in UC, ER, FP, ER, IM, or Ortho, with Ortho experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a cooperative, multidiscipline setting and excellent communication skills
