Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Youth Soccer Coach to join our team in the Harrisburg & York area. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading soccer sessions for children, promoting a fun and engaging learning environment, and developing basic soccer skills and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Lead soccer sessions for children aged 2-8, promoting a fun and engaging learning environment
- Develop and implement lesson plans, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all children
- Communicate effectively with parents and children, providing positive feedback and encouragement
- Work collaboratively with other Coaches and staff to achieve program goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve coaching skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Valid drivers license and access to personal vehicle
- Availability to return for multiple back-to-back seasons
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous childcare experience and passion for working with children
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
