We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Tire Sales Advisor/ Key Holder to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests receive the best possible tire-buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests in the tire-buying process, including recommending the best products to fit their needs and inspecting their current tires.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet sales goals and demonstrate proficient knowledge of products and services.
  • Keep the sales floor clean and presentable, and work independently at times, including opening and closing the location.
  • Schedule customer appointments and work with our Valets and Field Advisor to determine availability.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • A high school diploma/GED is required.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
