We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Surgical ICU Nurse to join our team at Parkridge Medical Center. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform nursing assessments, diagnosis, care planning, and implementation of treatment for all assigned patients
- Administer treatments, medications, and procedures within the scope of practice
- Participate in coordination of care with management staff, team leaders, physicians, department staff, and ancillary services
- Delegate duties to technical support staff and maintain accountability of delegation
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Licensure: Current TN RN or Compact State License in state of residence
- BLS obtained within 90 days of employment
