About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Proofreader to join our team at Baldwin & Obenauf, a full-service advertising agency specializing in Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals and Pharma Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain editorial and promotional consistency across various communications
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Compare documents to source material for accuracy and consistency
  • Identify and correct mistakes in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and layout
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a proofreader
  • Experience in proofreading healthcare and pharmaceutical promotional materials
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
