Primary Care Solutions: Delivering Compassionate Care to America's Veterans

At Primary Care Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare to our nation's Veterans. As a Telehealth Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to those who have served our country.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a welcoming and confidential environment for Veterans
  • Support patient care delivery via telehealth onsite
  • Assist remote providers in exams using peripheral instruments
  • Learn to use telehealth equipment and complete studies such as tele-dermatology and teleretinal exams
  • Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record information in patient's electronic medical record
  • Complete all clinical reminders due at the time of each visit
  • Obtain medical histories from patients and verify patient information
  • Prepare, assist, and accurately complete all forms
  • Assist on-site providers during examinations and treatment
  • Perform ancillary testing and tasks as ordered by the Center Medical Director
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Current and active state Nursing License for LPN interests
  • Graduate of an accredited certificate program
  • Knowledge of computer systems to include the MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrate high-quality customer service
  • Two years of continuous experience in clinical operations or medical office work post externship
  • Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association
