Attorneys are also responsible for conducting investigations, staying informed on pertinent laws, and providing regular updates to clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-6 years of experience in employment, business, and/or commercial litigation
  • Licensed in CA and in good standing
  • JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Proficient in drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents; taking/defending depositions; conducting mediations and negotiations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Capability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritize tasks efficiently
