We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Esthetics Manager to lead our team of estheticians across multiple clinics in the franchise group. As an Esthetics Manager, you will be responsible for sharing monthly metrics, setting goals, and coaching your team to meet their objectives and expand their product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of estheticians to provide high-quality, professional skin care services to clients
- Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
- Use expertise, along with our protocols and modalities, to craft customized facial and body treatments
- Recommend follow-up visits, services, and a home regimen to help clients pursue their skin care goals
- Coordinate monthly training with vendors and provide personal coaching to team members
- Minimum of 500 hours of skincare education
- Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Illinois
- Passion for helping others look and feel their best
- Eager for growth and desire to build on their skincare mastery
- Minimum 3 years experience as a lead and/or management experience along with Esthetics work
- Competitive base pay with a guaranteed minimum salary of $60K including tips, bonuses, and commissions
