Operational Excellence Transformation Lead

Ambitious and results-driven leader sought to spearhead operational excellence initiatives across Agropur's facilities.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing continuous improvement programs, driving cultural transformation towards operational excellence, and coaching team members on Lean principles. This role requires strong leadership skills, a proven track record of success in manufacturing, and experience with change management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement Lean philosophy using Agropur's Operating System: Loss tree analysis, Daily Management System (DMS) tools, unified problem-solving, SMED, etc.
- Coach and act as a servant leader to support program implementation.
- Support onsite implementation of plant management's strategic plan by working closely with union partners and managers.
- Develop teams and resources required to meet autonomy and accountability objectives.
- Competitive compensation package including salary ($85,000 - $105,000 per year) and benefits.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing, focused on performance management.
- Experience with implementing change management strategies.
- Preferred lean/six sigma accreditation.
- Knowledge of problem-solving processes (A3, RCA, PDCA, etc.).
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish preferred.
